How to order

Copies of a child's drawing (in colour, if possible) can be scanned and emailed, or photocopied and posted to me along with your name, address, telephone number or email, comments, and delivery instructions.

Upon seeing the drawing, I will give you a price, a delivery date and request a 50% down payment, with the balance due upon receipt.

Important details

Simple, clear drawings lend themselves best to reproduction.

Brooch and pendant size is approximately 4cm (2 inches); tie tacks and cuff links, approximately 1.7cm plus T-bar fastening. This is a rough guide and all orders will be made to customer's request.

Pricing

Each piece is a minature work of art and as such it is impossible to have a standard price list. Please email me with your individual request and I will give you a quotation. If you are working within a limited budget let me know and I can suggest a selection of designs to suit your requirements.

Prices vary with each individual design as each piece is one-of-a-kind. I calculate prices based on a number of factors including the intricacy of the design and amount of precious metals used.

All pieces are gift boxed with a minature laminated version of your picture set in the top half of the box.

Delivery

I aim to deliver all pieces within 4 weeks from receipt of deposit. I will try to meet any special dates but the more notice you can give me the better. November and December are very busy with Christmas orders so try to contact me as soon as possible.

Hallmarking

All pieces are sent to Birmingham Assay Office to be tested for purity and then hallmarked. I have allowed for this to take 1 week in my delivery estimates but at busy times this may take the Office slightly longer. I will do my best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

Orders are posted by Royal Mail (Special 'Next Day' delivery). This requires a signature on delivery and goods are also insured to the value of £500 (extra insurance for more valuable pieces can be purchased for a very small fee).

I will take great care of your drawings when they are in my posession but I cannot be held responsible for loss when in transit.

Terms and Conditions

I will do everything within my power to ensure you are fully satisfied with your piece of jewellery. But as commissioned items of art, pieces may only be returned if they are faulty.
