Ordering and Pricing

Each piece is a minature work of art made exactly to order and as such it is impossible to have a standard price list.

 

Prices vary with each individual design as each piece is one-of-a-kind. I calculate prices based on a number of factors including the intricacy of the design and amount of precious metals used. The list below gives a indication of the average prices of popular pieces:

Please email me with your individual request and I will give you a quotation. If you are working within a limited budget let me know and I can suggest a selection of designs to suit your requirements.

 

Ordering

Ordering is easy and as I make each piece, from first design to final polish, your personal requirements will be followed to ensure the jewellery is perfectly matched to your needs.

 

Copies of a child's drawing (in colour, if possible) can be scanned and emailed, or photocopied and posted to me.

 

Simple, clear drawings lend themselves best to reproduction but I have worked from a wide range of images from photographs of a car made by a child to computer-generated art. If you are in any doubt, just send me a copy for a no obligation quote

 

Upon seeing the drawing, I will give you a price, a delivery date and request a 50% down payment.
The balance is only due upon receipt of the jewellery.

 

Delivery

I aim to deliver all pieces within 3 weeks from receipt of deposit. I will try to meet any special dates but the more notice you can give me the better. November and December are very busy with Christmas orders so try to contact me as soon as possible.

 

On occasion I have worked to very tight timescales (48 hour turnaround for one very desperate customer!) so let me know if something is really urgent and I'll see if I can help!

 

Engraving

Jewellery can be personalised even further by having a message engraved on the reverse.

The size of the message is dependent on the available space, so contact me for more details and pricing.

 

Hallmarking

Some jewellery makers don't have their work hallmarked, as it is only a legal requirement once jewellery is above a certain weight.

 

But I pride myself in the quality of my work and the metals used and so every piece of jewellery I make is hallmarked with both the Birmingham Assay stamp and the AM Jewellery designer mark.

 

Postage

Postage costs are included in the price of your jewellery. Orders are sent by insured 'Next Day' delivery.

 

Terms and Conditions

I will do everything within my power to ensure you are fully satisfied with your piece of jewellery.
But as commissioned items of art, pieces may only be returned if they are faulty.
